Rosalie Ross joined American Tax Company in the later part of 2016.  Ms. Ross has over 20 years experience as an insurance agent and real estate agent, serving clients all over West Virginia.  Ms. Ross enjoys spending time with her family and is an avid reader.

Maranda Bolin

Owner & President

​Ms. Bolin graduated from Concord University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. She is the CEO of Christian Management Corporation, a property management company focusing on apartments, manufactured housing communities, and single-family homes in Southern West Virginia. In addition to her extensive real estate knowledge, she has a plethora of skills in taxation for LLCs, Corporations, small businesses, and retail outlets.  Her drive for accuracy is what has excelled her career, coupled with her sincere customer service attitude. 

Cherie' Peacock

Tax Professional

Ms. Peacock from the University of Charleston in December of 2012 with majors in accounting and business management. She is currently an Accountant for the State of WV and  CFO for Christian Management Corporation. She has more than 10 years of experience in accounting with relations to personal finances, retail outlets, restaurants, bar & entertainment facilities, real estate investments, government accounting, employment tax filings, and personal tax preparation. She also currently holds the treasurer position for the Charleston WV chapter Association of Government Accountants.

Venny Blankenship

Business Development Director 

Mrs. Blankenship has several years of office management, bookkeeping, and payroll experience.  Mrs. Russell enjoys working, spending time with her family, and taking their motorcycles out during the summer.

Keith Cole

Owner & Chief Financial Officer

​Mr. Cole has been in the tax industry for the past 6 years.   He started as a tax preparer and quickly stepped into senior management, overseeing as many as four offices and over fifteen employees; solely responsible for the day-to-day-operations of those offices.  He has also served as the Executive Director for a nonprofit, offering educational programs to children. He serves as our Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the businesses financial policies, financial operations, human resources management, the accounting department, and improving operations policies.  In addition to working with American Tax Company, he is also the Program Head and Instructor for a college in Beckley, West Virginia.

Michelle Russell

Office Manager 

Mrs. Russell has several years of tax preparation experience and absolutely enjoys preparing taxes.  She also has over 25 years experience as a full charge Bookkeeper and in Property Management.  Mrs. Russell enjoys working with the public and gardening.

Katlyn Cole

Owner & Chief Operating Officer

​Mrs. Cole has been in the tax industry for the past 5 years, in management positions; she has also served as Marketing Director for various companies and nonprofits in Southern West Virginia.  She served three years as the Chief Marketing Officer at an organization promoting educational activities for children and the arts.  She serves as our Chief Operating Officer, ensuring our corporate mission is carried out to better serve our communities, the daily strategic goals are met, our brand is consistent, our marketing is responsive, and our message is clear.  She is currently pursuing her Bachelors of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Accounting.
